Staff may send and receive letters as they please, however, letters to and from patients are screened and checked by patient's therapists before they are passed on. Patients receive their mail on a Tuesday morning, provided that it was approved by a member of staff for them to receive it. Incoming and outgoing patient mail may be edited and/or censored for content, or withheld entirely if it would benefit the health of the resident better to do so.
